Elgris Technologies, Inc. acquires web site development firm Net Surf Café
Sonoma,
California: Elgris Technologies, Inc.™ (Elgris), the world's

acquired local web site development and graphic design firm, Net
Surf Café. The acquisition took place as of April 1, 2001,
when Net Surf Café began operating as a division of Elgris Technologies, Inc. and relocated its offices to Elgris Technologies, Inc.'s
corporate offices at 928 First Street West in Sonoma.
