Electronic Tools Company™ (e-tools) was founded in 1987 as a Consulting Company for the Electronics Industry. In 1994, Electronic Tools Company was incorporated as a software company producing packaged software for Electronic Design Industry and customized solutions for business in general. Our packaged EDA software is the World best in class for EDA translators. Our customized solutions have evolved into generic business solutions as well as e-government and e-commerce products. In September 2005, the Board of Directors decided to split the Company into two separate entities, one corporation is dedicated to business solutions, Electronic Tools Company, www.e-tools.com ; the other corporation is dedicated to EDA Schematic and Netlist Translators and associated service, Elgris Technologies, Inc., www.elgris.com .

GateKeeper ™ an e-government solution for immigration/emigration and borders control, including management of passports control and visas issuing.

DMVMaster ™ an e-government solution for vehicle registration and licensing.

IDMaster ™ an e-government solution for a National ID system.

Documents ™ an office and documents management tool that includes anti-corruption functionality.

Localization of Operating Systems and other applications: One of e-tools group specializes in localization of Operating Systems and Software Applications. It has done localization of Linux to Kinyarwanda, a language spoken in East Africa. This group is now busy localizing Windows Vista to Kinyarwanda scheduled for completion at the end of 2007.
